Just because you love your family doesn't mean that you don't experience stressors when interacting with them. If you are having trouble connecting, or what you've tried so far doesn't seem to be working, family therapy may help open your eyes to new ideas.

Family therapy involves a therapist meeting with you, your spouse, and/or your children to discuss problems affecting the family dynamic. You will be given an opportunity to describe what challenges you are facing, and how you would like things to be different. Then, together, your family and your therapist will create a treatment plan to address your concerns and help you begin to make the changes you want.
