For payment, you have three options:

1). Self Pay

You may take advantage of our discounted self-pay fees, with the option of self-submitting your itemized receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have Out of Network benefits for mental health care.

Steps for submitting your self pay receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement:

• Your on-file credit card will be billed at the time of each session.

• Your therapist will email you an itemized invoice.

• You will submit those invoices to your insurance provider.

• You will receive full or partial reimbursement, depending on your plan and policy.

2). Insurance (in network)

Dr. Tracy Mallett is in network with the following insurance companies (click on your insurer to book a session).

3). Insurance (out of network)

We utilize a management company, Advekit, to manage our out of network insurance billing. You are welcome to use this service as a facilitator for your insurance benefits. If you choose this option, then Advekit will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. You will be responsible for the uncovered portion, and the credit card you have on file will be billed.

If you would like to determine your insurance coverage for our services, it’s an easy process! You can CLICK HERE to enter your information, then click the green button that says “Book with Dr. Tracy.” Once you provide your name, date of birth, and a photo of your insurance card, Advekit will email an Estimate of Benefits (EOB) — details about your expected out-of-pocket costs after insurance. For any questions about your insurance coverage, please contact them directly at billing@advekit.com or support@advekit.com.
